HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground pork
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. milk
3 c. crushed graham crackers
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Grind meat together, then add graham crackers, milk, eggs, and salt. Mix well. Use a 1/3 cup measure to form ball. Do not brown meatballs. Can freeze at this point. In a large pan. Mix tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard. Put meatballs in sauce and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Turn once and cover toward the end of baking. Makes about 16 servings. It made two 9 x 13 inch cake pans full.
