HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 lb. fresh pork
1 lb. beef

Grind together - can have done at butcher shop.

3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

Combine and mix well.

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Blend together. Makes approximately 50 (1/4-cup-size) balls. These freeze well unbaked. Make sauce when you bake them. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done at 325 degrees.
