HAM LOAF 
2 lb. cured ham, ground
2 lb. hamburger
3 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh or dried minced onions

Mix and form into balls or loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and drain excess fat. Bake 15 minutes longer. Drain again and pour glaze over meat and bake 30 minutes longer.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. pineapple juice or any flavor
1 1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
