SEAFARER'S SUPPER 
6 new potatoes, cook in microwave
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. perch fillets, frozen
9 oz. frozen green beans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 fresh tomatoes, cut in wedges

Heat potatoes in butter; add fish skin side down and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat 10-12 minutes until fish is flaky with fork. Remove from heat and add tomatoes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
