POTATO CHIP CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut-up
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. potato chips, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Dash pepper

Combine melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then roll in potato chips. Place in a 9 x 13-inch, greased pan, skin side up. Sprinkle with any remaining butter and chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until done. Do not turn. Serves 4.
