BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs (beaten)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheddar cheese (grated)
1 tbsp. onions (chopped)
bread crumbs or Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli until done and drain. Mix other ingredients and stir or fold in cooked broccoli. Spread crumbs or ground crackers on top and dot with butter.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
