SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
6 oz. jalapeno cheese roll
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 can cream
1 c. plain bread crumbs

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add flour, cream and cheese. Add liquids. Add spinach. Cook 3 or 4 minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
