COCONUT POUND CAKE 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 sm. can angel flake coconut

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 stick butter

Combine dry ingredients. Add oil, vanilla, milk, coconut flavoring, beat with medium speed of mixer. Then add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add coconut and continue to mix for 2-3 minutes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in tube pan which has been greased and floured

GLAZE: Mix all ingredients, boil until sugar dissolves. Pour over cake while hot and still in pan. Let cool about 15 minutes, remove from pan.
