REGINA'S TANDY CAKES 
4 eggs, beat until lemon colored
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter, melted
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
8 oz. milk chocolate bar

Beat eggs until lemon color. Add vanilla, salt, sugar, butter (melted), flour, baking powder, and milk. Bake on greased, large cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with peanut butter immediately. Put in refrigerator until cold. Melt 8 ounces milk chocolate bar and spread over peanut butter. Put back in refrigerator until the chocolate is set. (Does not need refrigeration when chocolate sets). Cut in small squares. Enjoy!
