BERRY BRAVO 
2 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened raspberries
1 c. whipped cream
2 (8 oz.) cartons plain yogurt

Combine gelatin and 1/2 cup water in 4-cup glass measure. Let stand to soften gelatin. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir in sugar; set aside. Microwave strawberries and raspberries in packages on high for 3 minutes or until partially thawed. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir partially thawed berries into gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until mixture is partially set. Beat cream in large bowl until thick. Fold in yogurt and berry mixture. Spoon into 2-quart serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
