CHICKEN MARSALA 
3 whole chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Marsala wine
Garlic and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cut uncooked chicken in bite-size pieces. Then fry until brown in 2 tablespoons butter. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 15 or 20 minutes, covered. Serve on top of rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
