1 reg. yellow cake mix (do not use mix with pudding)
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Preheat oven to cake mix directions. Mix first 3 ingredients with mixer. Fold in oranges and juice by hand. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely.

ICING:

1 lg. Cool Whip, thawed
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) box instant coconut pudding mix or vanilla pudding with 1/3 cup coconut

With electric mixer, combine pudding and pineapple. Fold in cool whip. Spread over cake.
