SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 to 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix the egg, milk and enough bread crumbs to absorb a little (2 or 3 slices of bread). Mix all of the ingredients together. You may mix this and let it stand overnight in the refrigerator before trying. Roll the small meat balls in flour before frying. You may make all of them and place them on a tray so that you can fry all of them at the same time.

Fry the small balls in butter, turning at least once. Watch closely. Make a thin gravy to pour over with a small amount of grease, flour and bouillon cubes and water. The recipe makes about 36 small meat balls.
