CRANBERRY SAUCE TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
1 lg. red apple, cored & cut into 1/2" pieces
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
2 sm. heads lettuce, torn into pieces
2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced

Combine turkey, apple pieces, raisins and walnuts in a bowl. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and orange juice concentrate for dressing. Set aside.

Arrange lettuce leaves among 4 plates. Top with 1 cup salad mixture and garnish with 4 to 5 fruit slices. Serve dressing on the side.
