KOLACHES 
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 c. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar and flour. Set aside in a large bowl. Mix all other ingredients together. Add to yeast and mix well. Let rise until double in size. Spoon a little at a time, roll out and make indention in middle and add fruit and topping. Let rise again.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown. Pat with butter.
