CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lg. navel orange
2 c. (8 oz.) fresh cranberries
1 unpared red apple, cored
1 c. sugar

Peel orange, reserving 1/4 of peel; coarsely chop orange. Wash cranberries, drain and remove stems. Grind apple and cranberries using coarse blade. (cranberries grind easier if frozen.) Add chopped orange, the 1/4 of peel and sugar. Refrigerate several hours. Yield: 1 pint.
