SEVEN-UP CAKE 
3 sticks butter
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon extract
5 eggs
3/4 c. 7-Up soft drink

Cream butter and sugar for 20 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add flour; mix well. Add lemon extract; blend well. Fold in 7-Up. Pour in greased and floured pound cake pan.

Bake at 325°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until done.
