3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. lg. chocolate chip wafers
Walnut halves

Combine all ingredients except candy and walnuts in large bowl. Mix until dough forms. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press candy water on top of each. Cover with scant of dough. Top each with walnut. Smooth edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes. 92 cookies.
