CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
1 can mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. chow mein noodles

Saute ground beef. Cook onions and celery in 1 can of water for 15 minutes. Alternate ingredients in buttered casserole. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serves 6. In place of hamburger, use tuna fish, chicken or turkey.
