CHEESE CRESCENTS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Farmers cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 tsp. salt, divided
1 egg

In medium bowl, with hands or wooden spoon, mix flour, butter, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/8 teaspoon salt until well blended and soft dough forms. Divide dough in thirds. Wrap individually in wax paper. Chill until firm enough to roll.

FILLING:

1/2 c. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
