CHERRY CHEESE CAKE | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. pecan pieces Press in an oblong pan. Bake 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. FILLING: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 reg. size Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can cherry pie filling Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust. Put cherry pie filling over cake and chill about 30 minutes. Serves 8 people. |
