PARTY POTATOES 
4 c. instant potatoes
4 c. water
1 stick butter
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Bring water and butter to a boil, turn off and add instant potatoes. Mix well. Stir in 1 small carton of sour cream and 8 oz. of cream cheese. Beat with mixer. Pour into 1 3/4 quart or larger baking dish. Can sprinkle on parsley, onion flakes, garlic salt or butter, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
