LIME OR LEMON PEAR SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) can pears halves, reserve juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (2 oz.) env. Dream Whip (or 2 cups whipped topping)
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Drain and dice pears. Bring 1 1/3 cups of pear juice to a boil. Pour over jello and dissolve. Add to cream cheese. Beat at low speed until blended. Blend in diced pears. Refrigerate until cool, but not set.

Whip topping or whipping cream and fold along with nuts into jello mixture. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.

Makes 4 servings.
