MERRY LITTLE CHEESE CAKES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, butter and brown sugar. Blend with mixer at low speed for 2-3 minutes. Stir in nuts. Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping. Pat remaining in ungreased 8-inch square pan. Bake 8-10 minutes until light brown.

Prepare filling with remaining ingredients. Spread over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Return to oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
