SWEDISH TEA CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix well by hand. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread with following Topping when cooled.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix these ingredients with beaters until smooth. Spread on cooled cake. Can be sprinkled with chopped nuts. Keep in refrigerator if frosted.
