VANILLA PUDDING 
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir sugar and flour in 9 inch frying pan until there are no lumps and it is all the same consistency. Beat egg yolks and combine with milk. Pour egg yolk and milk mixture over sugar and flour mixture. Stir mixture together. Keep stirring pudding over medium heat until pudding starts to bubble. Remove pudding from stove.

This recipe can be added to 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust with bananas and meringue topping for banana meringue pie or add sliced bananas and vanilla wafers to make banana pudding.
