CRIPPLE CREEK COLORADO CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can cream style corn
1/4 - 1/2 c. bacon drippings
1/2 lb. ground meat, sauteed and drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. longhorn cheese, grated
4 - 5 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
