1 c. grated sweet potato
1 c. grated apples
1 c. carrots
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter

Melt butter and all remaining ingredients. Stir together and place in a 8 x 8 inch greased pan or casserole dish. Bake in a 375 degree oven until brown.
