SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. grated onion
1 med. potato, grated
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients and shape into 24 small balls. Brown on all sides in a skillet in 1/4 cup butter. When cooked through remove balls to a warm platter while making gravy. 2 c. milk 3/4 tsp. salt

Add flour and salt to butter in skillet. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Return meat balls to sauce and simmer about 10 minutes or until done. Serve over rice or noodles.
