1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix well and press into bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.

1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Mix well with mixer and pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. Top should be brown - may need to cook longer.
