PUMPKIN DROP COOKIES 
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease cookie sheet. Stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and nutmeg. Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture. Add raisins and nuts. (Dough is soft.) Drop by teaspoon 2" apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 48.
