STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 pint fresh plus 1/4 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pt. whipping cream

Crush the strawberries and save the juice when draining. Add enough water to the juice to make 1 1/2 cups and bring liquid to a boil in saucepan. Stir in gelatin and let cool; add strawberries. Whip cream into peaks and fold into strawberry mixture. Cool until set in refrigerator. This recipe doubles well.
