1 lg. Cool Whip
1 chocolate cake mix
1 lg. chocolate pudding (instant ok)
3-4 Heath or Skor bar, crushed

Prepare cake mix in large cookie sheet and bake. Cut into pieces and line bottom of glass punch bowl. Layer cake, pudding, Cool Whip and crushed candy bar. Do 1/2 of each for 2 layers. Top with Cool Whip and a few tablespoons of crushed bars and a few cherries.
