POTATO SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour (mix flour into sugar before adding)

In saucepan put water and vinegar. Add eggs, sugar and flour. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool. Then add 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon mustard. If you like you can add milk if dressing is too thick.
