STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread (Pepperidge Farm)
16 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk
12 eggs

Remove crusts from bread and cube. Place half the bread in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Add all the cubed cream cheese on top of the bread. Add remaining bread.

Beat eggs and add maple syrup and milk; pour over bread and let set overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 or less. Cut in squares and garnish plate with fruit slices. Add extra maple syrup if desired. Watch out; it's real hot! A Christmas morning favorite!
