FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. slice and bake sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temp.)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. thin sliced fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, oranges, etc.)
1/2 c. apricot preserves

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 14 inch pizza pan. Cut cookie dough into 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick rounds. Arrange in s lightly overlapping pattern in pan; cover pan completely. Press dough together to seal. Bake until puffed and golden (10 minutes). Cool completely.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit slices in circular pattern. Melt preserves; brush over fruit to glaze. Chill 1 hour.
