STROMBOLI 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. thin sliced ham
1/4 lb. sliced hard salami
1/4 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
1 1/2 oz. thin sliced pepperoni (take casing off)

Melt butter in skillet, add mushrooms and peppers. Cook 2-3 minutes until soft. Line large baking sheet with foil. Place dough on foil, pat out to a 14-inch square. Layer ham, salami, pepperoni and cheese down center of dough. Top with mushrooms, butter and green pepper.

With sharp knife, make 8 cuts to within 1 1/2 inch of filling along sides. Fold alternately, overlapping. Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours until double in size. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serves about 8.
