CHINESE SAUSAGE BITES 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 slightly beaten egg
3/8 c. dry bread cubes
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/8 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. vinegar
1/8 c. soy sauce

In a bowl, combine sausage, egg and bread cubes. Form into small balls, 20-25 minutes. Brown in skillet, drain on paper. In a pot, mix chili sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic salt and soy sauce. Cook slowly for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add meat and heat through. Serve hot with picks.
