CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
Instant mashed potato puffs
4 c. shredded, cooked cabbage
1 1/2 c. corned beef
3 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. chopped finely onion
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook potatoes as directed on package. Stir in cabbage and onions. Spoon half of mixture into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with corned beef and cheese. Top with rest of potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
