PRALINE CHEESE CUPS 
1 (4 oz.) container whipped cream cheese
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 cake dessert cups
1/4 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
1 tbsp. brandy

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. With a fork remove a small amount of the center from each dessert cup. Fill centers of dessert cups with cream cheese mixture. Arrange pecans atop each. Chill until serving time. Just before serving, in a saucepan heat together ice cream topping and brandy until warm. Spoon atop filled dessert cups. Makes 4 servings.
