PEPPER JELLY 
1/3 c. red or green hot peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. green bell pepper
1 bottle Certo
2 tsp. red or green food coloring

Seed and grind peppers. Mix with sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil, boil 7 minutes. Add Certo. Stir well. Pour into jelly glasses.

To serve, place cream cheese in dish. Cover with pepper jelly and serve with Ritz crackers.
