GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
6 1/2 c. sugar
3 lg. green peppers, seeded and cut up
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 bottle Certo (2 pouches)
Green food coloring
2 tbsp. crushed red pepper

Put green pepper and 1/4 cup of the vinegar into a food processor or blender and grind. Place green pepper, sugar, red pepper, and remaining vinegar into large pan and bring to a rolling boil; skim foam.
