CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped nuts (reserve some for top)
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. Coke
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream

Mix Jello and boiling water until dissolved. Mix enough tepid water to unflavored gelatin to dissolve and add to Jello mixture. Stir well and add cranberries, pineapple, nuts and Coke. Pour in dish and chill until firm.

Top with 1 package cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream which has been mixed together. Sprinkle with nuts and return to refrigerator.
