BEEF CORN PIE 
2 pie crusts
3 c. corn
1 lb. hamburger
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk or half and half
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Bake bottom pie crust at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Layer beef, corn, scallions, parsley in the shell. Mix thyme, salt, pepper and sprinkle over corn. Dot with butter. Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll out top crust. Place on top. Seal with fork and cut slits. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
