SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1 med. onion, cut in rings
3 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
Oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown meat in a small amount of oil. Drain juice from pineapple, measure and add enough water to make 1 cup. Add to pork, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add pineapple, green pepper and onion.

Mix together molasses, soy sauce and vinegar. Add to skillet, stir occasionally, cook 15 minutes longer.

Mix cornstarch with small amount of water. Add to juices to thicken. Serve with rice.
