BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS 
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cut ketchup (Hunts)
4 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. garlic pepper
1 lb. bacon
1 cup brown sugar
scallops

Mix first four ingredients lightly with fork. Cut 1 lb of bacon in half cross-wise. Take 1/2 strip of bacon and wrap around scallop and secure with a toothpick. Place in baking dish and cover with sauce. Cover with brown sugar. Bake at 300°F for 30 to 45 minutes.

Note: May use water chestnuts or chicken livers also.

Makes about 32 scallops.
