EGGLESS, MILKLESS, BUTTERLESS
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa. Add vanilla, vinegar and oil. Beat until smooth. Pour into ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
