KINGFISH CREOLE 
Kingfish, cut in 1" chunks
1/2 onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Celery salt

Saute onion, peppers and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomato sauce, water and celery salt. Simmer 20 minutes, covered. Add fish and steam, covered, for 2 to 8 minutes or until fish are opaque.
