CITRUS BERRY SLUSH 
1 pt. fresh strawberries
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed ice cubes
Grated peel of 1 lemon

Reserve 3 or 4 strawberries and lemon peels for garnish. Hull, slice and puree the remaining strawberries in a blender. Add all other ingredients except garnishes. Blend until smooth. Garnish each serving with lemon peel and a strawberry on a straw. Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings or 3 (11 ounce) servings.
