BREAD 
4 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. warm water

Mix these ingredients and set aside.

3 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. (each) honey, powdered milk
3 tsp. salt
6 c. warm water (can substitute potato water)

Mix well and add to yeast mixture; add 4 cups whole wheat flour, then add 5# (or enough for right consistency) Gold Medal Bread Flour slowly with mixer and then by hand. Let it rise in a very large pan, covered, in a warm place until it's doubled; punch down, then let it rise again doubling in size. Shape into 4 loaves and place in well greased bread pans. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
